Our help desk technicians provide full-service technical solutions in conjunction with specialized areas of expertise. Specific help desk technicians troubleshooting knowledge consists of internet, hardware, software, network infrastructure, and security services.

IT engineering & administration
ESS provides full-service technical solutions in conjunction with specialized areas of expertise. Specific technical knowledge consists of system administration, network infrastructures, software\database programming, and security services. ESS engineers and administrators create, maintain, manage and troubleshoot our customer’s internal\external networking and database needs. As well as participating in numerous systems upgrades, enhancements and provide critical information technology (IT) support on system modifications and upgrades.
Our team configures, operates, and maintains enterprise network management systems (i.e. Cisco Works, HP Open View, NetIQ) and provides the necessary backup for these systems. This includes providing proactive and reactive management of resources by monitoring and controlling networks, available bandwidth, hardware, and distributed software resources. We respond to detected security incidents, network faults (errors), and user reported outages at the time of customer referral.
In addition, ESS personnel are responsible for designing and upgrading current network architecture as required. Our team implements Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and the IPSec protocols that enable VPNs for LANs and WANs technology. Our team provides support by performing and documenting Disaster Recovery procedures for networks and systems. This includes performing routine backups to Storage Array Networks (SANs) and recovering such networks utilizing the most recent data.
IT consolidation
ESS IT consolidation provides services to customers affiliated with government\civilian intelligence agencies. Our consolidation efforts are to centrally provide full-service technical solutions in conjunction with specialized areas of expertise within one component.
