Donnie Blanks, New Chief Operating Officer

Engineering Systems Solutions, Inc. of Frederick, MD is proud to announce that Mr. Donnie Blanks has joined their management team as the Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Blanks possess more than 25 years of experience in sales and program management of large-scale IT and facility management contracts with the Federal Government. Prior to joining ESS Donnie was CEO of NeurallQ, a developer of cyber intelligence tools for information security. NeurallQ tools gave IT security professionals a new ally. One that learns from attackers in real time, exposing their tools, methods, and intentions before critical assets are compromised. NeurallQ’s real-time intrusion forensics systems delivered cyber intelligence in real-time and in the process made traditional IT security professionals smarter and more agile.
Donnie was responsible for all sales and business development efforts within Government Services at Perot Systems and strategy for the Federal Market. His strategy efforts led to the acquisitions of QSS , a $280M/year firm, in 2007. Under his leadership sales grew from zero in 2004 to $56M in 2005, $350M+ in 2006, and $750M+ in 2007.
